With 30c of heat was out and about on the Beast today for a countryside jaunt. A wee stone cottage overlooking Loch Tay in Perthshire, Scotland. Loch Tay is 15 miles long with an average width of about 0.9 miles. It is slightly 'S' shaped and lies between the villages of Killin on the West, Kenmore on the east, Lawers to the north and Ardeonaig to the south.

Ah Perthshire, always a stunning place to go. Makes my jaw drop every time, not to mention that a trip up to such beautiful scenes of nature truly empower you to boast of your bloodline :D
Hm, perhaps I am too proud of my heritage... yet I see great reason to be.

Yep, Perthshire is stunning, like a lot of other places in Scotland.
You cannot be too pround of your heritage. I am English by birth but lived in Scotland over half my life and love the place to bits, and I sing it's praise all the time :)

Yes, I believe one must be proud of their bloodline. Too much pride is definately a bit of a sin, but with pride comes confidence.
The productivity and achievements of our ancestors can only enrich our own experiences in life. Genetic makeup is an extraordinary thing, as I often fathom with myself.

For some reason I can't believe the 'I'm not really good at anything much else' statement.
If you apply your word skills to other elements of life you should not have a problem, you ooze confidence in your word skills.
